1. Scope of Application

These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through the online shop of COPPET VINTAGE.

By placing an order, the customer agrees to these Terms and Conditions.

3. Products

COPPET VINTAGE sells vintage and second-hand items.

Due to the nature of vintage goods:

• Items may show signs of wear

• Minor imperfections are not considered defects

• All items are sold in their existing condition

We aim to describe and photograph all items as accurately as possible. Colors may vary slightly depending on screen settings.

All products are subject to availability.

4. Prices & Currency

All prices are listed in CHF (Swiss Francs) unless otherwise stated.

For international customers, prices may be converted at checkout depending on the payment provider.

Prices include Swiss VAT where applicable.
Additional taxes, customs duties, or import fees may apply for international orders (see Section 7).

COPPET VINTAGE reserves the right to change prices at any time. The price at the time of purchase applies.

5. Payment

Payment must be completed before shipment.

Accepted payment methods include:

• TWINT

• Credit/Debit Card

• Other methods displayed at checkout

COPPET VINTAGE reserves the right to cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2 business days.

Switzerland

Delivery times depend on the selected shipping provider.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide. Delivery times vary by destination.

Customers outside Switzerland are responsible for:

• Customs duties

• Import taxes

• Local VAT

• Clearance fees

These charges are determined by the destination country and are not included in our prices.

COPPET VINTAGE is not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or force majeure events.

Risk transfers to the customer upon delivery to the shipping provider.

7. Return Policy

Switzerland & International Orders

Although Swiss law does not automatically grant a statutory right of withdrawal, COPPET VINTAGE offers the following return policy:

Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving the item.

Conditions for Returns

Items must:

• Be returned within 14 days of delivery

• Be in the same condition as received

• Not be worn, altered, or damaged

• Include original packaging (if applicable)

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

For international returns, customers are responsible for:

• Return shipping fees

• Customs declarations

• Any additional charges

We strongly recommend using tracked shipping, as COPPET VINTAGE is not responsible for lost return parcels.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

• Final sale or discounted items

• Custom or altered items

• Gift cards

Refunds

Refunds are processed after inspection of the returned item.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5 business days after approval.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrectly delivered.

8. Defective or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives damaged or significantly different from its description, the customer must notify COPPET VINTAGE within 5 days of delivery.

In such cases, we may offer:

• Replacement (if available)

• Repair

• Partial refund

• Full refund

Evidence (photos) may be required.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by Swiss law, COPPET VINTAGE excludes liability for:

• Indirect damages

• Loss of profit

• Consequential damages

Liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

10. Data Protection

Customer data is processed in accordance with Swiss data protection law and, where applicable, international data protection regulations.

Personal data is used solely for:

• Order processing

• Communication

• Legal obligations

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Swiss law.

The place of jurisdiction is Vaud, Switzerland.
